Shipping Information

Shipping is charged at a flatrate of $10.00 regardless of the order size. I attempt to post orders within 1 day of ordering. Should there be a delay you will be notified immediately.

PDF Delivery

Music purchased in PDF format will not be available to download immediately. As soon as possible after completing your order, PDF files will be generated with a watermark including either your name or organisation (please indicate in the 'Special Instructions or Order Comments' section at checkout). Files will then be sent by email, or a download link provided (or both if you wish).

Refunds

Due to copyright issues, music is not able to be returned or refunded. On the likely event there is a problem with your music or order, please contact me and I will attempt to fix the problem immediately.
